Description
The National University of La Plata, in cooperation with the International Commission on Climate Change and Sustainable Development, has organized the III International Conference on Climate Change and Sustainable Development, which will deal with five main topics: Environment, Non-renewable Resources, Technological Innovation, Education, Health and Legislation and Management, aiming at a strong multidisciplinary interaction.
In order to achieve said objective, the Conference will be based on a guiding principle concerning climate change, the current state of knowledge, technological options available to cope with said problem, consequences upon the environment, production, primary resources and natural hazards. Finally, it will seek to find scientific, technological, institutional, legislative and social answers to smoothen the effects of the problem upon the whole development of society.
